Deserving Ryleigh
What a way to end this series. I loved Tiny and Ryleigh’s connection, love, fear, lack of trust, so many emotions. The Refuge is a wonderful place as are the men and women running it. How someone’s father can be so evil is abusive. There is so much packed in this story that I cannot write a short review. So, read on and be your own judge. Susan did a good job of tying everyone together . lived to see Wolf , Caroline and Dude.
A Fine End to the Series
Ryleigh Lodge had a horrible childhood under her father’s thumb. She’s spent the last decade hiding from her father and doing reparations for his sins. When she comes to The Refuge to be part of the housekeeping staff, she’s just trying to lay low and be helpful. She doesn’t expect To crush on one of the owners.
Spencer “Tiny” Denny really notices the new housekeeper, but he was burned badly, almost fatally, before and he’s wary. He can’t help but feel that she’s hiding something.
When the truth about Ryleigh comes out, it’s just the beginning of the story.
