Valuable insight from a talented artist

When I’m not working on architectural projects for my clients, I like to express my creativity as an artist. I explore and design for pleasure and “peace of mind.” I choose to surround myself with art, and artists alike, because it’s a healthy and meaningful outlet from the tedious and overwhelming tasks I deal with on a daily basis. Susie Frazier’s creative talent shines bright and is hard to ignore. The stunning photography and videos are visually appealing and elevate the learning experience. I like listening to Susie narrate her ideas and words of wisdom. Hearing the tone, care, and passion of her voice resonate with me on an emotional level. This book is eye-opening and a treasure to behold. I have already recommended it to family and friends.

    Discover nature’s healthy secrets

With over 30 years as an experienced nurse, I have provided care to thousands of people. During my career, I have learned that mental health is just as important as physical health. The author, Susie Frazier, discloses her mental-health symptoms in this beautiful book of self-development. I admire Susie’s courage in sharing her experiences with ADHD and anxiety. Being vulnerable like that deserves praise and reveals the author’s passion for helping others. I discovered many principles and design tips that I’m going to share with patients and other people I know who deal with anxiety. This book is a must-have for anyone interested in improving their wellness.

    Curator of the calm

WOW! What a remarkable book. I purchased this book to learn how to incorporate nature into interior design. However, as I navigated from page to page I began to realize this book had more to offer, something important and meaningful. The first video you watch hits you with emotion. I was holding back tears while watching. That video sets the tone for the book. What follows is an experience of discovery. Designing For Wellness reveals the qualities of nature and how to bring the outside inside to improve and enhance your psyche. Susie Frazier truly is a “curator of the calm.”
