Desiree's Wedding

Desiree's Wedding imagines a luxurious, all-expenses paid wedding in Las Vegas in 1999 while simultaneously, in 1587, the King of France is watching his legendary Theatre of Memory being built under the watchful eye of the hermit monk Giulio Camillo. This chamber has magical capabilities enabling time travel and is the scene of a 500 year old plot to destroy an entire line of brides of whom Desiree is only the most recent. Will love prevail? Will Desiree and Peter become one? Will the Theatre of Memory be finished? Will a Marxist revolution happen in Italy in the 19th century? Will Vegas ever be the same? And what about Y2K?
