Worth the wait!
I have been a very impatient fan☺️ waiting for the second book of this series to be released. However I must admit that this book was well worth the wait!! Dak Navarro knew he was in trouble the minute he met Dr.Amelia Courson at a friends wedding ,He tried with everything within him to deny the feelings she stirred up I. Him when ever he was near her so he ran 😂. Two years later at another wedding he encounters her again . This time he was determined he would scratch the itch Amelia had create deep within him, keeping him so wrapped up he didn’t want to be with anyone else, by spending a week with her ,as he had done with many other women. Then, like them, send her on her way ,never having to see or think about her again .😏
Little did he know that his little plan would backfire because
1. Amelia was nothing like any other women he had been with and 2. He hadn’t counted on facing unexpected danger that was directed toward he and Amelia lives.
Brenda Jackson has created another wonderful story! Full of intrigue,romance, action and even a little underlying humor.
So again I will wait patiently for the next book in this series,because I know it too will be well worth the wait.

Couldn’t put it down
Action, romance, wisdom…this novel has so many positives! Such a sweet love story and fast moving plot! Excellent read!
