I must admit the author kept me guessing all the way through. Theo, the air-scent dog, is a wonderful addition to a story that will keep you on the edge of your seat. The well developed characters show how real friends can work together, even in dire circumstances. What does Charlotte know that makes her the target for a killer? If she survives, will she finally believe that God has been there for her all these years?

This 3rd book in the Deputies of Anderson County can certainly stand alone, but you don’t want to miss the others. I received this ARC from the author and publisher for my enjoyment. These impressions are my own and were in no way solicited.
