Edan and Devante have had their share of struggles, which eventually lead them both to move to Laurel Springs, he's an EMT and she owns the local coffee shop. They soon get to know one another, sparks fly, and soon become more than friends. But Devante becomes her protector, and Edan becomes his safe haven. Interesting characters, this book is filled with sizzle, steam, action, and more. This was a 3.5-star read for me.
