“Hell is empty and all the devils are here.” ~William Shakespeare
Violet Parker knows better than to play with devils. They always cheat, especially when lives are at stake. Deadwood’s charming, troublemaking, and soul-sucking devils are no different, and they’re biting at her heels.
But the clock is ticking and Violet has no choice—she must risk her life to save her treasured Aunt Zoe. With any luck, she might be able to trick the devils and beat the old terrors at their own game. If not, Deadwood could end up short one Executioner.
“Executioners don't duck, they swing.” ~Violet Parker

She will have help from the usual gang of Harvey, Cooper, Cornelius, Zoe, and even Prudence. Old friends will make appearances but they will triumph. The romance between Doc and Violet has gone up a notch finally! But during the course of capture the liderc other things will happen which will have to be dealt with eventually! Natalie and Cooper are finally together and Reid is still working on Zoe. Romance is in the air, great!
I give this book more than five stars and I really did enjoy it !
Couldn’t Put it Down
Amazing as always. Finally had a chance to start it and couldn’t put it down. It’s an engaging witty and funny read. Violets crew is back to their action packed adventure and I can’t wait till the next one comes out. One monster down countless others yet to find. Plus I liked prudence’s additional role it was one of a few fun new twists.
Exciting series
Loved book 11. So much action going on in this book. Good old Prudence is just the best. I love Ann Charles’ books, you just can’t put them down, it’s like you are part of the gang while reading. The excitement in the book gets me wanting to read the whole thing in one sitting. Violet and Cooper are still at it in this book which I find to be funny. Can’t wait for book 12.
