Good Story
Candy meets Sver in the bar after Angel and Promise’s wedding in Vegas. They spent a night together. The chemistry between them sizzled; they both felt it. When Angel discovers that she slept with Sver a ruthless hitman for the Russian Mafia and his enemy, he fires her from her job. He does however he finds her another one where she will be safe. Unfortunately, she is attacked by thugs working for her ex, Marco, on the way home from work. Fortunately, Sver has been following her and takes care of the problem. From here, the story takes a few twists and turns involving Svern relationship with the Sinclairs and the Smiths. When he steps into to make another rescue, the atmosphere changes. How does everything work out? While Candy usually has the worst taste in men, Sver (certainly not a good guy) may just be her happily ever after. Sver and Candy are interesting characters and perfect for each other. Their story is intriguing, full of action, secrets, and surprising connections. An entertaining quick read.
