In Richtel's deft follow-up to Hooked (2007), medical reporter Nat Idle thinks someone taking potshots at him and his beloved grandmother, Lane, in San Francisco's Golden Gate Park, may be payback for his snide expos involving city officials and torched port-a-potties. Fast paced, yet thoughtful... Provocative and entertaining. Matt Richtel delineates our times with care and concern. A very enjoyable read.

This author has the ability to take subject matters that might seem dry or boring and weave them into fast paced, page turning mysteries. I read this book in two sittings & am going to download the sequel. Don't miss out on the chance to read this while free but if you do, then buy it. You won't be disappointed!
