Topper develops Laney and Noah as individuals through their recollections of significant events in their lives; Laney's struggles with the baggage of her past and Noah's battles to make the right decisions in his are chronicled with an honesty and charm that is heartwarming and spellbinding. Topper's tale of loss and love is a winner.

Fun, different, amazing
With the right amount of backstory, and alternating points of view, Noah and Laney's story was a really great read.
I couldn't put it down. I didn't want it to end, but when it did, it was a great, satisfying conclusion.

Great up til ending
This book was great til the ending, found it hard to believe the villains all suddenly turned good, guess I was looking/expecting each of them to get a little come uppence
