In this book you will find a list of questions to bring you closer to uncovering your shadow self. It is not enough that you acknowledge that a problem exists, you have to work on it, you have to get to the root of it and get rid of it there. That is what shadow work is all about. Shadow work is bringing light to shine it upon your past trauma, pain, experience and beliefs. This helps you understand yourself better, heal yourself and move on. No one has to know your shadow but yourself. This work is between yourself and your shadow. It is for your eyes only. It will allow you to gain new insights, new perspective on what is and has been happening in your life. It allows you to replace your old story with a new one, a better one, an improved one, a more positive one.
