When Mom and Dad come for a visit, life becomes about where you just ate, what you are eating now, and where you are going to eat next. Dinner with the Folks is an outrageous history of a family’s food-related exploits and the evolution of the Folks from mainstream to food-obsessed retirees. The Folks trap everyone else in their food antics: they can’t make decisions, change tables freely, panic-order, eat the food off of your plate, blame you for their food, drink too much, and talk about food when they are not eating.
