Discovering Decay

This book was co-authored by early childhood educators Bonnie Blagojevic, Victoria Grotton, Suzen Polk-Hoffses and Karen Thomes to share information and resources from our experiences “discovering decay” and exploring why decomposition is important for young children in three Maine preschool programs. We hope that our process might prove useful to other early childhood educators when designing their own science inquiry projects.
