It's a Refreshing and Helpful Book
I am comfortable with pickling and canning so I would recommend DIY Pickling to anyone that is experienced or serious about exploring food and saving money! It’s a book that is very easy to understand although there aren’t enough pictures of the finished products.
There are a lot of different foods that I didn’t think I could make myself so I am really excited about that. I also enjoyed how simple the breakdowns and instructions were. I think the book is well written and focused on those that aren’t afraid to explore the world of food.
