Couldn’t put it down!

This book wasn’t a typical business improvement guide on understanding financial statements, marketing, cost analysis, future projections and growth strategies - it’s entire focus was on the most important asset of any company: PEOPLE. I was drawn in and captivated by how close Damian’s descriptions of human nature were a reflection of me - we all have good strong points and admittedly we all have weaknesses as well. Damian laid things out in black and white what we can do on a personal level to improve our lives - applicable to both entrepreneurs as well as those employed as leaders in businesses. Would recommend this to anybody that has all sorts of ideas but just need that little push to get them either started or over the finish line!
