Do I Look Like A Bad Bear‪?‬

This story is about a polar bear named, Vanilla, whose curiosity ends up getting him into trouble.  In his search for food, Vanilla intrudes on the locals and is labeled a “bad bear”.  He is sent up into the high Arctic where he finally finds another bear to be his friend.  Photographs are used to bring Vanilla’s story to life.  They serve as a vehicle to promote discussion about what is real and what is imaginary about Vanilla’s experiences.  The book is written for children at a Pre-K to Grade 2 reading level, but younger children and even adults will thoroughly enjoy the photographs.
