The book Don Jitsu Ryu Flesh and Bone was a very informative and enlightening read. I would recommend this title for anyone to read even if you don not have a martial arts back ground or upbringing. The explanation and life experiences depicted on these pages of wisdom, can be absorbed into one's own self. The stories in this book will be an excellent compass to be used for emphasis and direction in a persons life. Excellent book by Professor Don Jacob and the Purple Dragon international association of Trinidad and Tobago!
