Lost the book on vacation and bought another one, it was that good.

Riveting book, hard to put down
If you love the movie you’ll love this!
This gives a lot more backstory than the movie which is great. In the move we meet Lefty about 5 minutes in, while in the book it’s around page 100. We really get insight to how Pistons builds up enough street credit for Lefty to take notice. Al Pacino and Johnny Depp were cast perfectly.
