Don’t Make Me Count To Three
The concept of this book and the heart behind it is great but the way this author suggest talking to your toddler is ridiculous! Sure, let me just tell little three year old Timmy “he who rejoices in calamity will not go unpunished!” Seriously?! Yeah my toddler will know exactly what ‘calamity’ means and won’t be terrified at the idea of God punishing them at all. Sure... Anyways, If you can get past the silly KJV responses to the author’s toddlers and kids then you’ll discover a good book about raising children towards Christ. But seriously, who really talks like that to a toddler? Haha!
Informative, Helpful, Practical
I appreciated the insight shared in this book. I can often over complicate parenting, and this book helped me to see it from a different angle. I would recommend this book to anyone looking for encouragement and/or practical tools and helps that come with parenting.
