Game Changer
This book was recommended to us from our new President and COO. I read it in 2 sittings. The chapters are short, sweet, and to the point. Like most good books, it reinforces common sense principles that we already know to be true, but are afraid or not allowed to follow. Get this book, take some notes, and realize new profits. Be prepared to get sick when you start cutting expenses and realize all the money you have been throwing in the trash can. Be ashamed if you are a manager in a large organization that allowed this to happen. If you are self employed, get ready to punch yourself in the face for the stupid decisions you have been making.
