This is one of the most important books on health and diet you will ever read. Dr. Gundry is very highly recognized by his peers in cardiology. His resume will amaze you. He is no lightweight! Yet, he writes in an easy to read, relaxed manner using humor throughout the book. His diet is so easy to "live"; there is no counting or weighing. Just learn what to eat and what not to eat essentially. He explains what and why. And you will not only lose weight, but you will gain better over-all health.
