Companion book

This book is exactly what its title promises, nothing more and nothing less. It's a summary of the author's other, famous book, called "Dr. Kellyann's Bone Broth Diet". But don't expect a simple guide, as this book is dense and detailed. What it doesn't contain is recipes. For that you have to buy the "main" book - the one this book summarizes. I admit I was a little confused as to why I would buy both books, but this "summary" book does offer some good explanations, sound advice and adjunct information and makes an excellent companion book to the original "Dr. Kellyann's Bone Broth Diet". Well - researched and packed with time saving information.
