In the next installment of her captivating new Dragon Kings series, New York Times bestselling author Donna Grant connects an enigmatic and determined Dragon King and a courtesan sent to tempt him to his doom.
He’s a man of few words, but she fills his soul with poetry.
Quiet. Brooding. Capable. Shaw’s mission is simple: Root out Stonemore’s leader and determine what the Divine has in store for the people of Zora and the Kings. Just as he gets started, however, a breathtakingly beautiful woman finds and tempts him like no other. Nothing can stop him from engaging in the pleasures she offers. After all, pillow talk is sometimes the best way to uncover secrets.
Nia’s life has never been hers. From starving on the streets to becoming a slave to the Divine, she merely does what’s needed to survive. But when her latest assignment brings her face-to-face with a handsome man who makes her feel things she’s never experienced before, she begins to see that while she’s been living, she’s not really thriving.
As truths are revealed, and Nia’s blinders are removed, she realizes that she can no longer sit by and allow things to continue as they have been in her city. It’s time to take a stand. With Shaw by her side, they spark a war so many have tried to avoid. But the injustices being perpetrated must be stopped—no matter the cost.
Mindblown with thrills chills and surprises
Get ready to soar with dragons as they try to conquer the evil on Zora. All dragons are going to be needed if they don't want to have a repeat of what happened on Earth. The Divine in the town of Stonemore is killing magical children. Cullen first discovered the atrocities in book #3, Dragon Unbound. It can't continue. The dragons need to stop them.
Shaw is not a happy dragon and they are sending him and Merrill in to gather information. Shaw is not the talkative type and yet they want him to talk to the residents. He observes but says nothing. Then he meets Nia. It maybe random, but maybe not. Only time will tell. So much could happen and it isn't all good.
The Divine wants to meet a dragon. The Divine wants to meet a magical creature. Why would someone that abhorred magic want to talk to a magical creature? The story, the situation, is getting curiouser and curiouser. The author gave me chills as Shaw entered the Citadel. Every step, Shaw took, had me on edge. He should know to expect the unexpected. Things aren't always as they seem.
Dragon Eternal was filled with the unexpected. The author was a total trickster making me think one thing and then something else happened. The ending was full of action and people that are not who they seem to be. The author has my mind working overtime days after I finished the story. I don't know what is going to happen next, but I am sure it is going to be mind blowing.
Sexy dragon love!
Terrific addition to this thrilling dragon shifter romance series! I love these sexy romances with hunky Dragon Kings, their lady loves, and exciting storylines full of danger, drama, action, adventure and hot love. We’re back on Zora, the alternate realm built by magic to mimic Earth. This one continues with the storyline of the mysterious happenings in Stonemore and the evil Divine where two Kings are sent on a mission to gather information. Shaw is the quiet one while Merrill is the friendly sort. They think they’re incognito but not really. Nia is owned by the Divine and given a mission to bring in one of the Kings using her wiles. It is not hardship seducing the hunky Shaw. They are immediately drawn to each other and their chemistry is sizzling. I love the romance between the two as Shaw comes alive and Nia realizes there’s more to life that her lonely existence. We get a few answers but there’s still so much to undercover about the Divine, the evil controlling the city and the being that can kill a Dragon King. This is a fast paced story with an instant connection between Dragon King Shaw and human Nia. Most of the old favorites are in the story as they prepare for a war they don’t want and gather for a happy occasion. A couple of Kings are MIA and there’s a new player in the mix. I can’t wait for the next installment in this fantastic series. Loved it!
Another solid read in Donna Grant’s dragon series. I enjoyed Nia and Shaw. I loved Nia and her emotional past. This book was well written with great emotion. I loved the journey of seeing these two characters come together. I started reading and didn’t want to put this book down until the end. I highly recommend this unique and fun series! Huge thank you to the author for allowing me to read and review this book.
