Dreambody

Dreambody presents, in clear language and examples, a rich approach to working human experience that integrates many traditions including Taoism, somatic body and energy work, Alchemy, mythology, quantum physics, shamanism, and psychology. Psychology traditionally focuses on understanding and analysis, whereas Dreambody work, which later came to be known as Processwork or Process Oriented Psychology, focuses on entering the experience directly.
