Dreams from Bunker Hill
One of the best books that anyone living in downtown Los Angeles missed! Bukowski in tone. Simple read, but one that captures the reader and makes one an instant fan of John Fante. Must read if you grew up in the middle of down town Los Angeles and you want to read a similar experience!
