Publisher Description

A captivating new USA Today bestselling standalone romance by New York Times bestselling author Melissa Foster. If you love bikers with hearts of gold, strong family ties, and adorable babies, this book is for you!

Special Forces veteran and Dark Knights Motorcycle Club member Bullet Whiskey lives to protect his family, their bar, and the residents of his small hometown. He’s rough, unapologetic, and haunted by a secret, painful past. He’s also a master at keeping people away, and when his sister hires gorgeous and sweet Finlay Wilson to help expand their biker bar, he knows just how to get rid of her.

After losing her boyfriend and her father, Finlay moves back to her hometown to be closer to the little family she has left. She needs her temporary job at Whiskey Bro’s to get her catering business off the ground, and she’s determined not to let the gruff, arrogant mountain of a man Bullet Whiskey scare her off.

Finlay is everything Bullet has never wanted. She’s afraid of his dog, afraid of motorcycles, and sweet enough to give him cavities, but as she weaves her way into the hearts of everyone around him, he’s powerless to resist her charms. Passion ignites, but trust doesn’t come easily, and when their pasts collide, Bullet finds out the true meaning of protecting those he loves.

Brandon and Finlay

First off, I’m not a big fan of tats. I’m just not. However, this is a story about a biker, set in a biker bar, so tats are expected. Now, on to my review: Everyone has their own demons and secrets, even heroes. This book is about getting past those demons and allowing yourself to choose living instead of merely existing. And isn’t it cool how things come full circle? Brandon and Finlay each have their own demons, their pasts. He’s a biker and runs his family’s bar. She’s a caterer hired to expand the bar’s menu and kitchen.

Read the book – it’s really good! You’ll never look at whistle blowers, lollipops, or bullet trains the same again!

Driving Whiskey Crazy

The characters were great and it was nice to see the motorcycle club and bar shown in a good light. The story was a bit too repetitive and I think the ending could have been better.

Opposites Attract in the Best Way

Finlay and Bullet… the two couldn’t be more opposite. She’s soft and fenine and he’s gruff and bossy. Their story is adorable and funny - and I absolutely love with rough and tough men crumble for the woman they love. Melissa Foster is such a creative genius with her characters and the worlds she builds.
