Dani King was a small-town girl and if she didn’t have bad luck, she wouldn’t have any luck at all. She thought her luck was changing when Nate Larson, lead singer for Innominate, stole her heart and showed her that she didn’t have to do it alone.
While her life had never been a love song, Dani is facing the fight of her life. When she starts building up the walls around her heart again, Nate is there pulling them away one brick at a time. If she can’t let her guard down and accept his help, their journey might come to an end. Has this duet hit a sour note or can their song continue?
After the Happily Ever After
“Nate showed her what it meant to be strong…”
A continuation of Nate and Dani’s love story it basically picks up where Prelude ended. Even though Nate and Dani got their HEA life goes on. Reece’s father’s parents are back and as annoying as ever. They’ve brought way more drama than Dani should have to deal with.
I love getting a look at what happens with Dani and Nate after they fell in love and we also get some hints on what Wil has going on. His story is next and I can’t wait.
This book is absolutely not a stand alone. You must read Prelude first. Anything else just doesn’t make sense. Once you’ve read Prelude then read Duet. It will leave a warm feeling in your heart by the end.
