Dunlap v. Nelson

This is an appeal from an action in equity for rescission - Page 293 of a contract on grounds of failure of consideration and fraudulent inducement heard in the firsst judicial district by the Hon. Gordon R. Bennett. From a judgment denying rescission, the appellants bring this appeal.
