Heart of the South drummer, Isaiah Hazzard, isn't fond of the miles he and the band travel. The man is only happy in one place—home. Home happens to be with Zoey Kowalski and her son, Drake. Isaiah and Zoey, an unspoken couple who do nothing but fight and make up, have an unconventional relationship filled with valleys and peaks over the past few years. Isaiah, the only father figure Drake has ever had, loves the little boy as much as he loves his mother. Tired of denying what's between them, Isaiah decides to put it all on the table and Zoey agrees… until the press finds out.
