Dusty Baker's Hitting Handbook is the most comprehensive instructional hitting book on the market today. As a parent of two children, I was able to take the content in this book and apply it in the back yard with my children. The book provides terminology that allows a parent, inexperienced or experienced coach to enhance their players ability to hit a baseball. This would be perfect for a softball player as well. I highly recommend you download this and take it to plan your next practice or use the drills in the back yard with your children.
