Dying for Oil

He was literally floating in crude, repeatedly plummeted by the heel of the oil pump. The unrecognizable body of a man led Jeffrey Thomas on a murder chase from Bakersfield, California to the shale rich Rockies of Wyoming.


Jeffrey Thomas responded to a plea from his publishers to befriend his sister whose husband was about to be arrested on several counts of fraud.  Fraud was the least of his worries.  The night of Jeffrey’s arrival, the husband was found murdered by the oil pump and Jeffrey’s publisher was arrested for the crime.  


On more than one occasion Jeffrey’s life was in danger, but in the end, our hero found the last piece of the puzzle, a piece that completed this dark, ruthless picture of greed and evil.
