GREAT BOOK!!
This book was an inspiration to me and opened my eyes to so many things that I didnt see as a leader... It just spoke to me the way that no other book has. I look forward to reading his other books in the future. Although it is written for an audience that has experience with the leadership roles or wishes to become a leader. 10 out of 10
