Sometimes you may think you’re doing it right, but you might be forgetting a few things. There’s a lot you can pick up from this book, and Ron Martin has really explained everything in a way that you can definitely understand, whether you’re a beginner or a pro. Leave the slang to chatrooms and text messages, and use proper e-mail etiquette when sending an e-mail!
