(e3) Behavioral & Personality Assessment

We use the e3 for all of our new hires and existing employees. The e3 has a great system for quickly pinpointing sales candidates and saves a tremendous amount of time narrowing the field of potential hires. I highly recommend the e3 to any organization looking to grow their sales.

We've been using the e3 profile for years where I work. It is an incredible tool, which helps with both personal and professional growth. I take this test once every six months, and can honestly say that it has helped me a great deal on my journey through leadership. Our organization as a whole has become stronger since adopting use of the e3, and has had greater success with hiring the right people into the right position. I recommend this to anyone who wants to take a deeper dive into understanding what their core behaviors are and how they affect your day to day.
