This was only 99 cents and definitely worth it! If it was $5, I would be disappointed. The author has quite a few recipes with sea bass and buffalo, which to me is strange - I'm used to salmon, cod, chicken, steak. I've had buffalo once, but don't particularly like the gamey taste to it. Also I know on this diet you are allowed breadsticks or Melba toast. Neither of those are incorporated in her menu plans or recipes! I like that she lays out the plan in the beginning, but still I had to Google this diet to get more info on the plan. I do like some of her chicken recipes and that she lists a reference of calories and grams towards the end. All in all, it's a good starter book to this diet

Well for 99 cents you do get what you pay for. 1/3 or more of my pages are missing which include the directions and pictures. But there are enough there to make me feel I got my 99 cents worth.
Highly recommended for HCGers! A must-have for anyone on the diet.
