Ok for beginners
This book is a waste of money for anyone who has over a years experience. Every song is dumbed down so much that they no longer sound like the song you are trying to play. The composer often drops octaves for the ease of beginners. Such as going from an A, B, C (being above the 2nd line of the staff) will have the D or C played an octave lower. I bought this book, however, I regret that decision. Don't buy this book if you can easily play an E, you could play the songs better by ear. Believe, from the polar express is the best in the book, and it is pretty close. Gonna fly now is horrible and nothing like the song. Hedwig's theme is playable, if you use the music as more of a guide line. In dreams is hardly recognizable. The James Bond theme is alright, as is raiders march and the pink panther. It would be a good book for someone who hasn't played much trumpet at all. But if you have over a year's experience. Don't buy. It does say easy, so that is a give away that I missed. The weird octave jumps could even be better for a beginner, because having actual scores could be frustrating or harmful for a beginner.
