Written like a pamphlet. Informational, amusing, spot on, and not a shred too much information. This book provides enough information for 95% of people in a way that’s interesting enough that they will finish it. I’ve red multiple LCHF books that are incredibly informative, but none match the efficiency and general enjoyability of this one. Hands down the best place to start. If you want more information look into it later. This is the ultimate starter.

So after reading about these low carb diets, I stocked up on a ton of other books. Which were great and all but none do a good job of putting it all together.
This book layout is insanely pleasing, both aesthetically and functionally. I love that I finally have a diet that works. I've lost 9 lbs so far and I get to eat steak cheese and avocados all day.
