I just finished reading this book, and I am inspired to make a lifestyle change for me. I found this book on the Bible App, and I was drawn to it because I need to lose 50 lbs, and all prior attempts at weight loss have failed. I ordered the book yesterday and have already completed reading it. I have already begun following some suggestions and look forward to diving completely in! God bless you!
