While I think some of the author's lines of inquiry like how does one think about a specific habit, how does one arrange their physical environment in a way that encourages or discourages a habit, and how does a habit fit into one's own self view are terrific ways to help people implement his advice; I would have liked to see a greater quantity of examples. i HATED reading! Always!!!
