What a perfect title! Misti Rainwater-Lites takes the totality of her life and throws it up on you with an astounding enthusiasm. This is the energy of the Beats, the energy of "get it down while it's still there." Yet for all her rush of words, Rainwater-Lites only gives us the details necessary to her purpose.
