Eddie Builds a House introduces basic stages of construction through the perspective of a puppy wanting to play. Eddie views each, individual, busy contractor as a potential playmate with toys. He is lovable, energetic, misunderstood and entertains when he innocently finds trouble time after time as the house construction progresses.
