This electronic book is designed to enrich a course for teachers and potential teachers. Each chapter contains an introduction and various resources and activities that will help answer the chapters' guiding questions. Instructors may pick and choose among the resources to use in class, but all of those included are focused on helping to answer the guiding question for each chapter. Students may choose to read or view any as they wish, in addition to those assigned by the instructor.
