Effective Economic Development Methods For Municipalities

This book will discuss the economies of both strong and weak municipalities (i.e. micro economics).  The purpose of this book is to focus on the development of both struggling and strong municipalities.  It will argue that both of these types of municipalities need improvement.  Particularly, these municipalities need local economic development (LED).  This book will also cover and discuss these leadership methods: strengthening communication between leaders, employees, managers, and clients; listening and learning from others; leaders and employees taking responsibility for their actions; mapping and brainstorming; establishing trust and loyalty inside and outside the work environment; and keeping Christ’s commandments and traditions.  Lastly, this book will discuss the improvements that need to be made in order for municipalities to continue to be strong for future generations.  The majority of these issues can be solved if the organization incorporates: strategic foresight; strategic thinking; strategic planning; creativity; strong, positive leadership, and love.  Incorporating all of these ideas will create economic prosperity.


Dr. Naseeb Michael Kaleel just recently graduated at Regent University School of Business and Leadership where he studied Strategic Leadership.  His focus was business and economics.  Dr. Kaleel also received two master degrees in Law and Public Policy in 2011.  In 2008, Dr. Kaleel graduated from Youngstown State University (YSU) with a bachelor’s degree in History.  He also minored in public policy while studying at YSU.  Dr. Kaleel is currently working at his family’s food distributing warehouse, Kaleel Brothers INC. as a salesman.  Dr. Kaleel is an Orthodox Christian who believes in Divine Providence and strongly believes in a tight-knit family.
