Eisenhower's Warning

We feel that we all must heed Eisenhower's Warning for the sake of Our Humanity, Constitution, Republic, and Liberty. This text is a compilation of some of the most important links and passages we have seen, in an effort to show Our Readers the seriousness of and rationales behind our concerns. Our goals include, without political affiliation, to increase public awareness of these concerns and to reinforce our important values, including, that no one is permitted to be above the law, nor will anyone be beneath the law. Moreover, to emphasize that Our Constitution specifically states, in Amendment V, that "No person shall be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law..." Also, our Declaration of Independence gives three examples of unalienable rights..."Life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness". Furthermore, a government is created to protect these rights and to ensure that justice, including due process, proceeds ethically and with integrity -- blind to outside influence, and weighed with fairness, objectivity, and impartiality -- equal for all.
