Elder Et Al. v. Sage Et Al‪.‬

This is an appeal from the judgment of non-suit of September 20, 1949, rendered for the impleaded defendant dismissing defendants cross complaint; and from the judgment, entered September 28, 1949, in favor of the plaintiffs, Hollis M. Elder and Genevieve E. Elder, and against the defendant, Russell Sage, adjudging that the plaintiffs have possession of the property described in the complaint or, in the alternative, that they have judgment for the sum of $1,203.65 damages and costs.
