Eleanor Biegeleisen v. Robert Biegeleisen

In a matrimonial action, the defendant husband appeals, as limited by his brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County (Nicolai, J.), dated March 21, 1985, as granted the plaintiff wife's application for an upward modification of child support, a judgment for arrears in payments for the children's medical expenses, and for an award of counsel fees. Ordered that the order is reversed insofar as appealed from, without costs or disbursements, and the matter is remitted for a hearing and new determination on the plaintiff's motion.
