He was the most beautiful man in Olympus...and if I wasn't careful, he was going to be my death.
*A scorchingly hot modern retelling of Psyche and Eros that's as sinful as it is sweet.*
In the ultra-modern city of Olympus, there's always a price to pay. Psyche Dimitriou knew she'd have to face Aphrodite's jealous rage eventually, but she never expected her literal heart to be at stake...or for Aphrodite's gorgeous son to be the one ordered to strike the killing blow.
Eros has no problem shedding blood. Raised to be his mother's knife in the dark, he's been conditioned to accept that he's more monster than man. But when it comes time to take out his latest target…he can't do it. Confused by his reaction to Psyche's unexpected kindness, he does the only thing he can think of to keep her safe: he binds her to him, body and soul.
Psyche didn't expect to find herself married to the glittering city's most dangerous killer, but something about Eros wakens a fire inside her she's never felt before. As lines blur and loyalties shift, Psyche realizes Eros might take her heart after all...and she's not sure she can survive the loss.

The World of Dark Olympus:
Neon Gods (Hades & Persephone)
Electric Idol (Eros & Psyche)
Wicked Beauty (Achilles & Patroclus & Helen)
Radiant Sin (Apollo & Cassandra)
Robert's sensational second Dark Olympus romance (after Neon Gods) pairs social media influencer Psyche Dimitriou with hired gun Eros in a thrilling struggle against the forces that rule the futuristic, dystopian city of Olympus. When Psyche impulsively helps Eros, the son of her mother's rival, Aphrodite, clean himself up after a hit job, a paparazzi shot of the two together sparks speculation of their involvement. The evil, image-conscious Aphrodite, a powerful politician, can't abide the rumors and demands Psyche's heart on a platter (literally). But Eros devises a way to protect her from his mother's wrath: through marriage. If Psyche is his bride, his mother can't touch her. The sham match quickly gives rise to sizzling sex scenes and genuine emotions, leaving Eros ready to protect Psyche with his life. Eros makes a complicated hero; his willingness to knock off his mother's foes is off-putting, but, like a fairy tale prince awakened by a kiss, this tortured soul allows love to transform him. Meanwhile, plus-size Psyche's conviction, feistiness, and passion will inspire and empower readers. Cameos from the first installment's lovers will delight fans, while the steamy, fast-paced story will have new and old readers alike turning the pages as quickly as possible. This satisfies on every level. Agent: Laura Bradford, Bradford Literary.
I’m Hera for this series
Dark Olympus makes my dreams reality. It is everything we want in a smutty book and more.
I am a big-time lover of crossovers in book worlds, movie worlds and real worlds. I love that tie in aspect as an added dimension/layer.
I was obsessed with the heat that Psyche and Eros were feeling but, of course, avoiding to admit said feelings until the last possible second. But it’s okay because we were all privy to the fact that it was mutual.
As a plus size gal myself I love, love, love that he is so attracted to her and doesn’t see her as less beautiful just because she is not like the rest of the lasses in Olympus.
Dark Olympus just keeps getting spicier and spicier and I am HERE.(rather Hera) FOR. IT.
It’s a good book. The spice wasn’t comparable to Neon Gods, but plenty of dirty dirty. I think the whole murderous man with mommy issues being taken in like a puppy and all his problems fixed by a women was a tad of an eye roller. Like there’s just no replacement for therapy ya know. But good ending.
Great enemies to lovers trope 😌
