It is an obvious translation from the author’s native language. The text in most images have not been translated to English. As for style and readability, for a native English speaker, id reads like someone ran it through a poor translation app, or how a non-native English speaker would (poorly) translate as they spoke. Given all that, its hard to evalate the quality of the engineering science or how well it is expained.
