Don’t waste your money
This book is not well written. It also needs to be updated already. Many of the lines of code don’t work “out of the box.” I spent more time trying to get the examples to work after following the instructions to modify the code than i should have, and, no, it was not because I had typos. It seems the code they used in much of the text has been either deprecated or is just not correct. There are other books on how to develop javascript/electron applications that are much better with better example code.
