Electronic Life Forms

The advantage of biological life is that it can come into being by default on planets with suitable conditions. But electronic life cannot come into being this way. For electronic life to come into being, firstly, we need biological life. Then this biological life assumes the shape of human beings or other sentient beings on planets. Then these biological sentient beings embark on creating and developing electronic life. This is a natural process that constantly happens always.
